Columbarium Niches
The Columbarium is a wall consisting of niches, each holding the cremated remains of up to two people. All past, present, and future members of Holy Family Catholic Church, Brentwood, TN, including immediate family members, are eligible to subscribe.
3 Steps to Buying A Subscription
Visit the Parish Office located to the right of the main entrance of the church anytime Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 4 pm.
Meet with either Betty Lou Burnett or Mimi Buettner to fill out a small form.
Pay $3,000 for the subscription via check made out to Holy Family Catholic Church. Credit cards are accepted for an additional $105 processing fee.
Memorial Wall
The Memorial Wall holds plaques in memory of parishioners of Holy Family and their immediate family members. The military memorial section is dedicated to honor parishioners of Holy Family and their immediate family members who are deceased veterans.
Each plaque costs $300 (credit card fees may apply) and will be installed on a quarterly basis.
The memorial plaque, which is cast in bronze, will consist of up to three lines of text. Each line of text may have a maximum of 27 characters, spaces included. The name on the memorial plaque must be of someone who is deceased and human.
Purchasing a military memorial plaque will require you upload a DD214 form. The DD214 is a certificate of release or discharge from active duty. Click here for information on how to obtain a replacement DD214 for veterans and families who may have lost them.
After uploading your DD214 form, you will enter three lines of text for military plaque, which is cast in bronze. Each line of text may have a maximum of 27 characters, spaces included. The first line will be for the name of the Veteran. The second line will be for the Veteran’s rank and service branch. The third line will be for the Veteran’s assigned duty.
Frequently Asked Questions
Niches will be assigned in the order of the subscriptions received. If multiple niches will be purchased, they must be paid for together in order for them to be placed side by side.
A written request must be sent to the Holy Family Inurnment Board, which will be responsible for the resale of the niche and will issue a refund less of the original purchase price the cost of the nameplate if it was ordered and installed.
The cost for the Columbarium niche covers the niche only. Costs for cremation, funeral home expenses, urn, and engraving are the responsibility of the subscriber or the subscriber's estate representative.
Yes. The Prayer Garden is accessible after hours from the sidewalk that leads to the side parking lot.
