Holy Family Catholic Church in Brentwood, TN is looking for someone to coordinate the Nursery for children ages 1 and walking to 4 years old during Sunday Masses, Christmas and Easter Masses, Religious Formation sessions, Vacation Bible School, and as needed, Adult Faith Sharing meetings.

This position is part time (ranging from 9 – 15 hours per week), not eligible for benefits, and will be paid hourly.  Rate commensurate with experience.  This position reports to the Director of Religious Education.

Duties of this position:

  • Be present on site at all times that the nursery is open.
  • Recruit, manage, and supervise two paid nursery workers
  • Recruit, manage, and supervise nursery volunteer workers
  • Recruit and maintain registration of participating families
  • Maintain all family records including payment of fees
  • Provide employee time sheets to Finance Director for payment
  • Provide highest quality of age-appropriate care
  • Maintain the nursery in good working order
  • Comply with all Diocesan Safe Environment policies
  • Other duties, as required
